Push for USA top 10

With the end of the 2023 to 2024 acedemic year coming to a close we make one last push to the top 10.In our last push we had taken upwards of a 1000 points in just a matter of weeks. This is due to a structure and strategy change when it comes to competitive OC in the club.
Lets start of with the structure changes. Firstly we added a competitive overclocking team of students. In prior years we really only had one student or two students doing the competitive side of the club, whereby they would submit to HWBot and participate in qualifiers for OC events. We have pushed to train more students who find the competitive side of the club to be the most interesting aspect, this has allowed us to have a group of about 8 students who spend extra time outside of normal club meetings to pushing the hardware we have to its limits.
This has resulted in our climb to the top, we as of writing are sitting at #17 this season in the U.S. We attribute our success so far to the lessons learned from our visit from Elmor and Skatterbencher, along
